Refund and Returns Policy

📅 Return Period

• You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
• After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

❌ Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, etc.)
• Personal care and sanitary items (e.g. hygiene products)
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

🔁 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Books showing obvious signs of use.
• Media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.) that have been opened.
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
• Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to reasons not caused by Superme Wholesale Mart.

💸 Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

🕓 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to post).
3. Contact your bank (processing time may delay the appearance of the refund).

❗ Sale Items

• Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
• Sale items are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gift Returns

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
• If the item was sent to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the gift giver’s original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

• To return your product, mail it to:

• Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
• For valuable or high-cost items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item is safely returned.
